Placements.io is Software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution. Our platform is hosted in the cloud and accessed via your web browser. Our offering does not have on-prem components.

Yes. Placements.io is a managed package within Salesforce and has a very robust integration. What does the implementation process look like?
1 Discovery and design: Our relationship with you is built on understanding your business and how we can help your teams. We produce a workflow chart so you can visualize how all your workflows, systems, components, external processes, etc can work with Placements.io.  

2 Interactive build: We set up all the integrations of your existing systems for Search, Social, DSPs, Ad-servers, 3rd party reconciliation, Biling, BI/ Data Warehouse etc. The system is then configured according to the workflows and business rules. We can create PO templates, basic delivery reports, and billing reports if applicable.

3 Verify and QA: We test all of the integrations and settings that are configured, and we work with you to review all imported items, reporting and templates. Based on your feedback, we tweak settings and essential workflows. Following sign off, we train your teams and turn over the system for use.
Do you provide platform training and support?
Yes. Our implementation team supports initial customer onboarding and product training. Ongoing support is managed via a dedicated account team through email, chat, and phone.Expect robust ongoing support. Customer Success teams also old regular check-ins to gather feedback and discuss future feature releases.
How often do you update the platform?

Are permissions and approvals customizable?
Governance within Placements.io is highly configurable. You can lock fields down and trigger specific approval rules by both roles and permissions. You can limit what can be edited, and what triggers reviews and approvals. Admin users can create users, roles and add permissions to those roles based on business requirements.
How secure is Placements.io?
Placements.io maintains SOC1 and SOC2 attestations and is GDPR compliant. We protect individual systems and information with cryptographic controls. All data in transit and at rest is encrypted. Our platform is hosted within a secure, ISO27001-compliant facility.
What is the Placements.io data retention policy?
Customer data is retained for as long as the account is active. Data enters an “expired” state when the account is voluntarily closed. Expired account data will be retained for 30 days. After this period, the account and related data will be removed.
What are Placements.io integration capabilities?
Placements.io acts as the centerpiece to the media buying ecosystem.
