At PIO, our unmatched company culture is the secret to delivering standout solutions to our customers who buy and sell advertising.

Since inception, our CEO set out to build a team of seasoned pros who live and breathe advertising tech, so that we’re not just familiar with the industry—we know it inside out. This deep expertise, combined with our dedication to building lasting customer relationships, means we consistently deliver results that keep us ahead of the curve. As we grow with new hires, this culture of excellence only gets stronger.

At Placement.io, innovation isn’t just a buzzword—it’s our DNA. Our market dominance and bold growth are magnets for the industry’s best talent, eager to be part of a company that's not just leading but redefining ad tech. We're setting new standards, and our seemingly ambitious goals are what draw top talent to our door. Without our relentless pursuit of industry-changing success, we wouldn’t attract the competitive talent that drives our momentum forward.

But don’t just take it from us, when you can hear it from them. Please help us welcome the following ad tech execs to the PIO team:

What attracted you to work at PIO?

Working with Ed (our CEO) is what initially attracted me to PIO. His excitement and the energy he brought to our first interview was contagious. From there, as I learned about PIO and how the company has positioned itself in the SAAS environment and the potential for exponential growth, was very exciting.

What excites you about your job/role at PIO? The opportunity to lead and shape the finance department as the company continues to grow. Being a lean organization, it is energizing knowing that my ideas and actions will have a direct impact on the growth of the company.

If you had to brag about your job, what would you say?

As cliche as it sounds, culture is the main thing I would brag about my job. In a post-remote work world, I never thought I would enjoy coming to the office, but I make a point to come in 5 days a week because the energy and personalities of everyone in the office makes coming in worth it.

What attracted you to work at PIO?

From my initial conversations and research, I found the industry and the problems that PIO were solving to be interesting. At its core, PIO is a software business, but is a software that solves impactful problems in the digital advertising industry. While the industry was my initial draw to PIO, really it became the people that I met through the interview process that ultimately led me to PIO. The people are kind, thoughtful, collaborative, and were the exact types of people that I wanted to surround myself with, both personally and professionally.

What excites you about your job/role at PIO?

Placements is a collaborative environment where you can explore ideas and build solutions with anyone across the organization. You are empowered early and often to take ownership and drive meaningful work, yet you never find yourself in a complete silo. The organization is full of resources, and more importantly, people, who help you, support you, and solve real world problems with you.

If you had to brag about your job, what would you say?

We have the privilege of collaborating with well-established organizations and brands, such as Nordstrom, Walmart, and Netflix, helping them evolve and prepare for the future. For me, this is an exciting and rewarding challenge.
